Housing costs are rising. Transit is underperforming. Too many local rules hold back businesses, block new homes, and push out the people who keep our communities running. Ascending Arizona was created to help shift that trajectory. We believe in a future where Arizona

We’ve already proposed reforms to the Maricopa County Zoning Ordinance. Now, we’re working to bring these ideas to all 26 municipalities—and to build partnerships with residents, planners, and elected officials who share our vision for a stronger Arizona.
